• Full Antenatal & Hyonobirthing course, one to one with you and your birth partner. 
• 12 hours in total, split into four, three hour sessions. 

• Learn everything you need to know about the process of a Caesarean birth and how to apply Hypnobirthing to achieve a positive & gentle process for you and your baby.  
• This course is six hours in total split over three two hour sessions.

These courses can either be in person at my home from home studio in Highworth (hot drinks & treats provided!) or we can do these virtually for an extra 10% off the course cost. 

Work through all your birth preferences with my support - I will help you explore your options, translate medical jargon, ask any questions and generally make sense of what it is you really want from your birth. This session is 1.5 hours with me, and includes an easy to read, personalised Birth Preferences sheet (2 printed & laminated copies along with a PDF) for you to take with you into your birth experience - helping you achieve an empowered and positive birth experience. 

Birth experiences can sometimes be complicated, traumatic & difficult to process. As a Doula, i'm specially trained to listen & support - we will go through your birth experience systematically, and I can help you make sense of what happened, and if needed signpost you to further specialised help so you can process, heal and move forward - especially if you'd like to have another baby, or are already pregnant again. This is charged per hour, the first session is usually 1 hr and is virtual. 

One to one sessions in my studio or in your home, for you and your birth partner (if you have one), to explore anything and everything relating to birth. These sessions are bespoke and perfect if you:

• want a refresher
• are just starting your birth preparation
• are preparing together as a couple, and want to boost confidence for the birth partner, learning tools and techniques for birth
• want to explore types of birth / topics in more detail

A full antenatal hypnobirthing course, along with my support during your pregnancy and birth: 

• Full Antental & Hypnobirthing course 1-1 with you and your partner if you have one
• On hand support throughout your pregnancy
• On call from 10 days before your EDD, until your baby arrives
• Continuous birth support, until baby arrives & you're settled 
• SLR photos/videos of the birth if you wish
• 1 x postnatal visit
• Access to my library of resources (books/TENS machine/birth balls/diffusers/electric candles etc)

My support in pregnancy & birth, including: 

• 3 x 2 hour antenatal sessions, getting to know each other & learning
• On call from 10 days before your EDD, until your baby arrives
• Support via text/email/call in the antentatal period and initial postnatal period
• Continuous birth support, until baby arrives & you're settled 
• SLR photos/videos of the birth if you wish
• 1 x postnatal visit 
• Access to my library of resources (books/TENS machine/birth balls/diffusers/electric candles etc)

Support with everything but the birth, this package is designed to enable you to feel calm in preparing for, and recovering from birth itself, and includes:

• At least 3 x antenatal sessions to discuss preferences, physiology, support, planning etc
• One to one text/email/call support throughout pregnancy, and up to 6 weeks after baby arrives 
• Access to my library of birth books
• 2 x postnatal visits to support with baby care/feeding/reflecting on the birth experience and postnatal recovery support

Supporting your in your fourth trimester in a gentle &  loving way, this includes:

• 2-3hr duration support visits in your home
• Support with feeding, recovery, cooking you nutritious food, holding space for your emotions, caring for your baby whilst you shower/sleep/get some space, general cleaning/laundry/housework to help you stay on top...essentially anything you need to help you in your postpartum bubble
• SLR photographs if you want them

The kit is supplied in a handy backpack & includes everything you need to have your water birth at home, including: 

• Birth Pool in a Box Pro MINI pool
• Birth pool liner
• 10m Food grade hose
• Submersible water pump
• Electric inflate pump
• Non-slip waterproof floor sheet
• 3 different tap connectors (to cover all eventualities)
• Floating water birth thermometer
• Debris net / strainer
• RCD adaptor
