My course is a full Antenatal and Hypnobirthing education to prepare you for birth in the best way. You'll learn birth science & physiology, evidence based facts to support your decisions, a full hypnobirthing toolkit to help you remain calm, in control and empowered, and much, much more. Hypnobirthing isn't exclusive for natural birth - if you know you are having a caesarean I have a tailored Caesarean course, too.
